章 20: CHAPTER 20 Everything

　　I thought Adam would return immediately, but he didn't. I hoped for my sake nothing bad had happened. I sat in the living area of my apartment feeling restless. I wanted to visit my mother and tell her about my wolf. Ashria advised me against it.

　　"Your mother won't be able to see or speak to you now. You should let her go," Ashria said, and I wondered how my wolf could tell.

　　"All Moon wolves are connected to me, Desiree. We are a mother to them. Your mother's light is almost out," She said gently, and I began to cry.

　　"You have to be strong, Desiree. All we will have is ourselves and Adam if he chooses us," she said, and I was confused by her words.

　　"Why do you say that?" I asked my wolf between sobs. The news she gave me about my mother made me devastated.

　　"A lot is about to happen, Desiree. We should enjoy the good times while they last. Because soon, our world would turn upside down."She warned.
