章 666: God's New Home

I let out a long yawn as I stretched from out of sight of everyone. I was hiding off in Eliza's garden, which was looking much better. There had been a hole here before from when Claire had been Goddess of the Angels. She had tried to come to me with enough force to level all of Northwall. Luckily, I had been able to contain it, but it had destroyed the hedge maze and everything else.

"There are still a lot of people coming!" Eliza sighed from beside me, and I looked down at her with a smile.

"But you still seem to be enjoying yourself," I said as I put my arm around her, kissing the top of her head.

Eliza looked up at me with a warm smile. "That is all thanks to you. I know that I will always have you, and every one of the Goddesses that are stepping down in my life! I really couldn't be happier!"

"I am glad to hear that, but since the party is winding down, I think it was high time I abducted my two angels," I laughed, and she nodded.
