Phoenix's illusions broke when her stomach growled and snapped her into reality. 

"I forgot you are hungry. Let's go have something to eat first," Ashton said. 

His eyes trained towards the others to warn them to put the conversation to a halt. He would have to feed Phoenix first before anything else. 

With that being said, Ashton pulled Phoenix with her and walked out the door.

When Ashton and Phoenix appeared with the kids, the Qins were at the side, listening. Elanor, Thomas, Old Master Qin and Old Madam Qin were presented there. Mia and Tiana had taken the kids out of the room when Ashton passed Sienna to Mia. They wanted to hear and see the meeting between the Han family with Phoenix.

But they've seen how agitated Phoenix was. They didn't want the kids to see Phoenix in that condition, thus they took the kids away.
