As the soldiers escorted Gazolth, Lei Zhen went ahead and saw the army platoons standing still, waiting for further instructions.

"How does this look, Chancellor?" Evan came from out of nowhere and asked.

"Not bad, the soldiers are well trained and disciplined. As expected of the soldiers of Yors Castle." Lei Zhen praised sincerely.

He was truly impressed by the morale and discipline of the soldiers, to a point that he didn't even think it was possible in the first place.

"I'm glad that the soldiers were up to your standard, Chancellor." Evan smiled brightly.

"Well, you're the training commander, so it's a given that the soldiers under you would be well-trained."

"You're praising me too much for my credit, Chancellor. Clearly, it's because of your appearance and management that we became successful."

Lei Zhen twitched his brows slightly. There should be a limit to bootlicking and this Evan went too far.
