After a much smoother dinner with discussion only of the upcoming trip to Penelope's relative's and then to Eliade, Penelope and Cora were helping August and Theo with dishes in the kitchen while the older males wandered out into the backyard.
"You have a beautiful family and a beautiful pack," Zagan said, looking out at the top of the pack house that was visible down the hill from where they were. "The land, too."
"Yes," Graeme nodded.
Zagan turned toward the lycan, studying the much wilder version of a male than he was. Theo was the same as his father. They both were much broader through the chest, more feral in energy and appearance.
