While sitting down, I glanced at Mark preparing the fertilizer by mixing several bags of it with the dust created from crushing the purified hollow cores, which are often times also called magic or mana crystals. They were the same in the end, although of different qualities.

Monster cores will usually, and naturally, have much higher quality to them compared to what Hollows drop, of course.

"It seems you're having difficulties meditating," Kaguya commented.

"Maybe if someone didn't interrupt me?" I sighed.

"Ah, my bad, well, it felt like even if I didn't, you were having troubles," she giggled. "Tell me, Elayne, what is troubling you? As a Spirit you summoned, it is my duty to help you if I can."

"Ah… well…" I muttered. "I'm about to have a big fight, and I am thinking what to concentrate on and how to grow my powers."

"A big fight? Here?" she wondered.
