The two she-wolves who served Giselda before gasped. It was a great shock for them. "Oh, no! I'm doomed!"

"Why?"

"As Mu Giselda is our Alpha's daughter, who knows if she will take revenge on me for teasing her."

Her friend shook her head. "Nope, I don't think she is the mean type."

"But she's the Alpha's daughter! The fruit will fall close to the tree," the she-wolf whispered. She was trembling. "I must prepare something and send it to Delta Zee's house tomorrow. Hopefully, Mu Giselda will forget what I said."

"Ah, she's too nervous about today. She won't remember us."

"I hope you are right."

Her friend grinned. "However, if she chooses any of us as her maid, it can make our status higher."

The first she-wolf nodded. "You are right. As Mu Giselda is also Mistress Viona's foster daughter, who knows if she can help convince the mistress to choose us as her maid."
