Before I left, Katheran ordered me to be presented with royal insignia. It was said that anyone who saw the insignia would see the Queen herself. The insignia gave me certain powers, but it also brought unknown dangers. So I hid the insignia in my clothes and thought I would not show it unless I had no other choice.
The guard who escorted me was Katheran's designated guard, and the whole troop consisted of only four men, led by a black knight named Galen. He wore a mask over his face like the other knights, except for his sharp brown eyes. Galen was tall and quiet, and he let me ride in the middle on a brown horse. The remaining three cavalrymen walked on either side of me and behind me. Galen led the way.
"We must enter the camp when the army is camped. This is the Queen's order!" Galen told me simply.
