章 74: Assumptions

"Care to explain this?" Mason asked Ava, his voice flat.

"What are you doing with my medication?" Ava asked him. She knew exactly what was going through his mind. She could see the accusation in his eyes and it hurt to know that Mason would for one, second doubt that she has been telling him the truth all this while.

Even though they were still getting to know each other, she still at least expected some level of trust from him. What was he thinking? That she was having sex with someone else?

"That wasn't my question. What are you doing with a contraceptive that is already half gone?" He gritted out.

"You shouldn't be going through my stuff," Ava replied.
