The darker the night got, the more blinding the party lights were. 

Elvina was dancing her heart out. She had no killer moves nor was she an expert dancer but it was helping her wind off. No wonder humans referred to dancing as some sort of therapy. 

Guys approached her amidst dancing but she did not pay much attention to them. 

Initially, she acted on impulse and came here to get laid. But now that she was seeing men in real, she did not feel any sort of lust for anyone. 

It was all that 'bro' kind of feeling as most youngsters in the human world would say.

She was enjoying the dance, loud music, and party lights and all was fun and somewhere it helped her shake off the stress of the past week. 

"Miss, may I have this dance with you?" 

Elvina turned around. The voice was familiar. 

She glanced at the man who was standing in front of her. He was none other than the finance department head, Garret Connor.
