That thing was most likely of the same material as the White Crystal Tree of the Robots, composed of a combination of hundreds of their crystal cores, further refined through thousands of years of absorbing Mana and Spirit Energy from the environment.

However, instead of becoming a pacific entity that desired to connect the Robots together to bring them to a higher state of being, the Scrap King was a more predatory entity, one similar to a carnivorous beast instead of a plant.
