"Are you certain you are going to have him crowned in the middle of all the problems that we have?" An older woman wearing a dark blue cape and long beautiful curls appeared next to Queen Luna. She looked at Margery who was enjoying her breakfast and sat opposite her.

"I don't want you to regret things, Margery."

"This is the right thing to do, Priestess." Queen Luna uttered. "It has been months since Matthew left. No one could find him and Babaylan refused to cooperate. For all we know, the man is already dead or dying because of what happened."

Margery added, "There is no way that he would be able to find his mate in that state."

"I want everything to be perfect for you and Drigo," the woman spoke. She rested her hand on the circular wooden table and started drumming her fingers. The sound made by her long blood red nails caught Margery's attention.

"I know. You don't have to remind me."
