章 59: I WOULDN'T FORGIVE YOU

The next day, Javier woke up early to prepare breakfast for him and Leona even though he wasn't sure if her mind and feelings were in order. He realized that Leona's safety outweighed anything because of what happened yesterday. It was only for a moment but he felt it was a long time because of the amount of it. He didn't even bother himself about his own condition, his pain, because it was nothing for him. He knows he's dying. He was just waiting for the right opportunity until Leona could return to her old life before he even came to the latter's life.

"Did you sleep well?"

Javier's deep thought while preparing food was interrupted when he heard that. He tilted his head and there he saw Leona standing and watching him. Her face and aura is now calm and the anger in her eyes is gone like yesterday.

I guess, she's fine now . . .

Javier simply smiled at her and nodded. "Yes. Did you sleep well?" He asked Leona again.
