Julia's POV
Julia and her family waiting in the waiting room of the hospital she keep tapping her feet to the floor, her sweat dripping all over her body, her breath fastened, and no one dare to speak. Julia stood up and leaned on the pillar.
A minute passed. She sighed and walked to the window and looking at the sky. A pitch black sky and street lamp light the parking lot, but still Julia rubbed her arms and hand to avoid the cold, but still. Chilly air inside that room couldn't make her warm. She exhales. "I wanted to go to the cafeteria," she said. Nobody replied.
Cecilia stood up. Julia sighed and rubbed her shoulder, "I need to be alone," Julia gave a little smile and rubbed her cheek. Julia's ma patted Cecilia's shoulder.
Cecilia sighed. She wanted to stand next to Julia, but she didn't want her there. Cecilia holds her jacket and embraces her.
Julia can feel her warm embrace and brushed her hair with her fingers. Her silky red hair and blue eyes' gaze made her bewitched. As if she forgot to breathe. She cupped her cheek as Cecilia holds her hands.
She can feel Julia's hand and ring freezing. "Can you get us some coffee? I want a hot espresso." Cecilia circling her scarf to her wife's neck and pecks her lips. "Everything it will be fine, okay?" Julia took a deep breath and smiled. Will everything be okay? Her dad was inside the surgery room.
Julia walked to the cafeteria. She could see the busy nurses and doctors and she looks at her surrounding a lot of body lying there, scream in pain, and dead body carried away. She wants to get out of here as soon as possible.
Julia accidentally bumped into a doctors and nurses. She wiped her sweat, and her hand start to shaky. Julia put her hand inside the pocket and she jog a bit and finally, she arrived at the cafeteria. "Thank God," she said.
She walks to the cashier and lifts her head to looking at the menu. "Good morning. You ready to take an order?" Julia furrowed her brow. She picked her phone to check the time and sighed.

The "Here's yours," she picked the receipt and her orders, "have a nice day," Julia only grimacing at her and took a deep breath. Maybe she was tired or had a bad day. Julia sighed and called her again. The server earlier looked at her and furrowed her brow.
Julia put her name card next to the cashier machine, and she smiled at her. "I want to say, take a rest and changing your shift into daylight. It's not good for you to continue with more works." She leaves her and walked to where her family gather. She walked to the hallway and everything was the same.
Julia took a deep breath and walked down the hallway, and straightened her body. Step-by-step she took as she holds her breath. Julia gripped her orders tight and as she looking at her surrounding. Julia's breath fastened and sweat dripping from all over her body. She didn't enjoy being here.
Inside Julia's vision, everything become slow. She only can hear a muffled sound from her surrounding, and she only hears a ticking clock. Her hand shakes again as she saw a couple of nurses and doctor running and she can hear a beeping sound. She wants to get out of there as soon as possible. Julia saw the door and run.
Julia tried her best to not bumped into people walking. She opened the door, and all eyes were on her. She walked to Cecilia and Julia put her coffee and pie on the chair. "Are you ready to hearing the news, Julia?" Her ma looked at her. She pat her shoulder and hugged her daughter.
Cecilia stroked Julia's black short wavy hair gently. "Julia, you… are our leader now. It's your decision…" Julia let go of her hug and she looks at her family. She is the leader of the Salvatore clan. Everything about what she said it should be done.
She's the Don now. Vito handing her leadership to her so she will lead Salvatore's family to their glory, but Julia was reluctant to say a word. "I…" she walked to the corner of the room and took a deep breath. She wants to say she was ready, but it's difficult.
Cecilia wants to approach her wife, but her mother-in-law stopped her. "Let her cooldown, Cecilia. She tried her best," Julia's ma said. Cecilia sighed. She wants to be there for her and again, Julia rejects her. She hunched and sat in her seat.
All of her father's capos, waiting for her instruction. "Mrs…" Julia raised her finger and took a deep breath. The doctor stopped and took a deep breath. No one can oppose Julia, now. Julia walked approached the doctor, and she patted his shoulder and squeezed it.
"How's the surgery going?" When he was about to explain, Julia shushing him. "No more lies, doc! Or I will cut your tongue," the doctor gulped his saliva and nod.
