Stephan expected them to show some kind of compassion of reaction but they didn't do anything. They stared at him, completed disinterested as if it didn't matter. It was then that he understood he was missing something and he didn't like it. He observed them the rest of the meal as his eyes glanced at Mike occasionally. Attracting attention was the worst in that kind of situation. They could be far more dangerous than they let on.
Since there was a lot of food on the table, he pushed some to his inventory, plate and all, expecting them to not care for it right now. He made Mike his servant in front of them, to keep anything suspicious from him.
"I can't believe that these kinds of people served your mother," Abnu kept watching them, the flames over her head enraged, showing how she felt. "I bet they will keep you imprisoned here. We need to find a way to survive."
