The Acting Lord rubbed his bony chin, making some annoying sounds but Stephan had no choice but to listen. He wished for once Aurora was there, simply to explain the matters to him. He wanted to ask about her but it didn't seem like the perfect moment to do so. They called her vile and for their master disciple relationship like a curse. It suddenly weighted on him.
The Eye of Beholder shone with a dim light, signaling the presence of a lie but he couldn't guess where the lie was. As if the acting Lord didn't wish for the conversation to be heard, he teleported Stephan back to where he was, a lonely and dark tunnel where his body slept still.
He spat a few curses while he remembered the doll that was supposed to be with him. Even when he was with Aurora, it was still with him. The last thing he had from his mother, why did he lose it? Could it be it was only his poor speculations and the doll didn't exist in reality?
"Damn it!"
