"How?" I frown at him. "If you are not ready to tell me what I have to know, then I'm not going anywhere."

He sighed when he saw I wasn't going to budge until he tells me what I want to know.

"The soul you saw leave his body, it's you."

"What?" I laughed at his words.

"The soul stayed in the air for thousands of years before you formed."

"Why?"

"The deal the devil had with the king. Unlike the other wives of the devil, you are the only one who was promised when you haven't been conceived. The soul entered into your mother's womb, and formed you."
