章 128: First time in my husband's room

I got ready in ten minutes, but Sly was nowhere to be found.

So, I decided to wait for him.

I chose the film we were going to watch, and eat down on the pillow I kept on the floor.

A few minutes passed, but Sly was yet to make an appearance.

"What's delaying him?" I rose from the floor, and walk to the door.

"Sly?" I called out when I opened the door, but there was no sound from him.

"Is he alright?" I thought aloud, as I fully came out of the room.

"Sly?"

I called out once more, but I still didn't get a reply.

No sound came from his room, and neither was there any reply to the calls.

I walk to his room and knocked on the door. "Sly?" I called out once more, and like the other time, I didn't get a reply from him.

"Sly?" I knocked on his door once more, but there was no reply from him.

Hmm.

What's wrong?

Could it be that he has gone to sleep?

But it's too early.
