章 543: I'm Not Allowed To Feel Sentimental?

Addison Lee was feeling particularly nostalgic on her wedding anniversary. She and her husband had a long, ridiculous road to get here but she loved the life they had now. 

When they originally exchanged promise rings and said "someday", that ended up being a couple of years later. She really hadn't minded waiting because she knew that was the end goal for both of them. 

But because she had burned Jacob before, he had to be sure that their careers wouldn't come between them before making that final commitment. She hadn't been able to blame him for it either. She knew she had screwed up there. She had just been happy that they were together and working toward a future in the meantime. 

It wasn't always easy. On the weeks she hardly saw him, she really missed him.
