"Perfect!" Toby said as he clapped his hands together. "We should get back to practicing now though."

"Right," Artie agreed and they started working on the next song. 

Rachel already knew all the words to their songs that had been posted online. She knew the guitar chords too. Singing while playing wasn't hard at all. There really wasn't much practicing to do. 

Band practice wasn't as long as she expected it to be. There was plenty of time to do her homework. She should really eat something first though. Her stomach growled rather loudly and Artie offered to buy everyone pizza before they left. She wasn't about to say no to that. 

Perhaps this was a bribe because he had a lot of questions about Dana. She answered them with minimal detail so she didn't accidentally say anything her friend would be embarrassed about.
