章 122: You're Gwen Frost!

Gwen was used to waking up early and managed to get up even before Mateo did so he didn't have to come looking for her to give her that haircut. She had to come clean about her hair color since he obviously wouldn't be cutting the wig and was apprehensive about it. 

His eyes nearly popped out of his head when she took it off. "You're Gwen Frost!" 

"Yeah. Sorry. I usually wear the wig when I'm out and about so people don't approach me and happened to be wearing it when I met Joy. I wasn't sure how to bring it up," she said apologetically. 

"Honestly, I wouldn't either. Is that why you want to cut your hair? So you aren't recognizable?"

"Yes." 

"I don't blame you one bit. You really got slammed the other day. I can't believe they fired you over it though. No wonder you moved in with all of us losers! No offense."

Gwen wasn't offended. He had been more offensive to himself and the others than he had been to her. "None taken."
