章 136: Blame little Aiden
It was a big explosion that caused the cave to have sudden earthquakes. Lucien was afraid the walls would cave them in. He instinctively put his arms around Aiden. Protecting him deeper in his bosom.
After a few more minutes, the quake finally calmed down. Lucien raised his head and listened to the surroundings.
Aiden was on top of him. Silent all along. He refused to look at Lucien and chose to bury his face in Lucien's chest.
When Lucien finally made sure that the area was quiet and safe, he tapped on Aiden's shoulder.
"You can get up now. It seems the little turtles won't pursue us anymore"
Judging by the impact of that earthquake, Lucien doubts if those little vicious ones made it out alive.

Two years ago I lost my important someone to suicide (I can't listen to Given's songs as much as I want to bcoz of emotional breakdown). And his death tormented me.. even now. I give up telling others of my pain. They sympathized, they comforted me... But they never stayed. It's painful how his family, my family and our friends moved on in their lives...but I stayed there. Exactly on the same spot. His family used to blame me. But when I visited them, the picture of the smiles on their faces choke me. Because it means I'm the only one whose still hang up from his death.
Don't let suicide take you away too. Because someone will suffer all throughout their lives because of your death. I can recommend 'Found', 'Still Breathing', 'Waiting on the Sun'.
