章 53: The lady in tears

Miss Rosetta turned to look at the carriage that was taken away to be parked, and when she looked at the other carriages that passed by her, they were all in poor condition in her eyes. Her clean white dress stood out against the somber people and surrounding, making others look at the young lady. 

Softly gulping, Miss Rosetta quickly moved her feet to follow Vincent Moriarty into the inn he had brought her to, as she didn't have a ride back. 

"Wait for me!" In the past, Miss Rosetta had passed Thresk Hills, but her carriage had never stopped here. "Do you think our parents will be pleased if they found out that you brought me to a poor place like this?" 

Vincent, who had never bothered what his parents thought, now turned to Miss Rosetta, who stared at him with wide, questioning eyes.
