章 92: - Descent

There was nothing that allowed them to see out from inside of the shuttle, giving the entire vehicle a claustrophobic feeling. There were screens, but since they were turned off Gus could not make out what their purpose was.

Seats lined either side of the shuttle, with each row facing the other. As he sat down and strapped himself in, Gus looked around at the others in the shuttle.

There were a couple of people from his squad in there, namely Krista, Kyle, and Emmy, but the clear majority were in the other one. There were also none of the other people from the platoon who he had ever spoken to, only faces that he had seen in the background of the platoon. The remainder of the space was then taken up by Bryer's squad, which oddly enough only seemed to number a total of seven people. The remaining seats were then left empty, or were otherwise occupied with supplies that were being taken down to the planet.
