Dilan was not sure what was going on but several minutes had passed since Nicolas had requested to join the Undying Group and things had gone south much more than expected.

Ben and Katja voiced out their wish to join the Undying Group as well, which was the final spark required for chaos to descend inside the emergency room.

Dilan was just standing there, his expression blank, while the Demi Gods of the two other factions were trying to figure out what was going on. They asked Ben, Katja, and Nicolas if they had gotten sick all of a sudden, or if Dilan had brainwashed them, but they didn't say anything.

What the hell happened in the Gate, for the three Demi Gods, who were known as lone wolves to feel like joining the Undying Group? It was most astonishing that Nicolas was the first to voice out his opinion, without consulting Katja, or Ben, at that!

Nicolas was known for his few words, and he only spoke to Ben and Katja if he had to speak…or so everyone thought…
