章 115: Acquiring Fire (2)

"I take it you are the reason for all of this? Why am I not surprised." The Warden said with disdain as she looked at Alex.

The Warden was a bit taller than most women, ever so slightly surpassing Alex's 1.86 meters of height (6ft1), she had broad shoulders and well developed muscles that were clearly shown through her tight uniform.

The sides and back of her head were completely shaved while her brown hair was styled into a sort of mohawk/mullet style that hung over the back of her head but didn't reach her collar. Her eyes were a deep green colour and there was no hint of a glow behind her scowl.

'I didn't miss the tone she just used while talking to me.' Alex thought as he stared directly into the Warden's eyes. 'Actually, it would be more accurate to say she's talking at me. What did I do to deserve this treatment right off the bat?'
