Everyone in front of the operating room—Evan, Rose, Danny, and Randy—looked gloomy. No one spoke or even moved from their seat. Only Rose. 

She was now pacing in front of the door. Now and then, they could hear her take a deep sigh. A few times, she also uttered a sentence that no one else could understand except Evan.

"Wife, let's go back to the treatment room. You still need a lot of rest and recovery. You need to drop everything else and just get some rest...." Evan said after he heard his wife curse herself using the Swedish language. Hearing her say those dirty words made his heart feel terrible.

Rose stopped in her tracks and looked into Evan's eyes with concern. Her heart was shaking, and her eyes were sore from crying too much.
