章 15: Chapter 15: The Shining Beacon (1)
~Third POV~
In the Bullhead an airship used to transport and take passengers to their destination to their locations are a bunch of students are waiting inside to get ready for their first day at Beacon with Albus glancing everyone with amusement in his eyes and wonder.
In the Bullhead were two of the main protagonists in this world Ruby Rose, and her older sister Yang Xiao Long along with their new companion for the last week Albus Goodwitch.
Ruby she wears a black long-sleeved blouse with a high collar and red trim on the sleeves, over which is a black waist cincher with red lacing up the front, and a matching skirt with red lining. She also wears a pair of thick black stockings and black combat boots with red laces, red trims around the top, and red soles.
Her outfit is topped by a red hooded cloak fastened to her shoulders by cross-shaped pins. Her emblem appears as a large silver buckle on her wide black belt, which is slung around her hips at an angle. Attached to her belt are a pocket and a row of bullets.
Yang Xiao Long, she wears a tan jacket that bares her midriff, with golden brown piping and short, puffy sleeves with black cuffs that feature two gold buttons. Underneath this, she wears a low-cut yellow crop top with her emblem on the left breast in black.
She also wears a brown belt covered by a pleated brown piece of material reaching from hip to hip around the back of her waist, with her emblem emblazoned on the right-most pleat in gold. Underneath this is a long, white, asymmetrical piece of material reaching to her knee on the right side, as well as a pair of black mini-shorts.
She wears a pair of brown, knee-high boots and orange over-the-knee socks, with the right sock pushed down just below the knee. A gray bandanna is tied around her left knee. An orange infinity scarf and black fingerless gloves complete her outfit.
Albus wears a long black dark coat with his cane weapon Melodic Cudgel and pepperbox pistol The List underneath his coat. Under the black coat his wearing a white leather shirt and pants as he views the sky with awe and excitement in his eyes.
Next to happen is when Ruby was being smothered from her older sister in joy, "Oh, I can't believe my baby sister's and our new friend Albus going to Beacon with me. This is the best day ever!"
To Ruby's discomfort and not wanting to be crushed she says, "Please stop."
Albus next to them chuckles at the sight while he raises his hand hiding his laughter, "No worries miss Rose it's just your simple sibling loving. Although I did hear the thing of Love Hurts."
Yang releases her hold on Ruby still filled with joy as she responds, "But I'm so proud of you! You and Albus both got to join!"
Ruby replies next with a slight frown as Albus does a little bow, "Really, sis, it was nothing."
Yang however disagrees and responds with a grin on her face, "What do you mean? It was incredible! Everyone at Beacon's going to think you're the bee's knees!"
Ruby responds with discomfort in her tone as she expresses a frown, "I don't want to be the bee's knees! I just want to be a normal girl with normal knees."
Yang talks to Ruby with clear confusion expressed as she speaks, "What's with you? Aren't you excited?"
Ruby says to Yang in a worried response to her older sister in a weak tone of her voice, "Of course I'm excited! I just-… I got moved ahead two years I don't want people to think I'm special or anything."
Yang goes over to her sis and helps her mood with words of encouragement, "But you are special!"
Taking the chance to say his piece as the two sisters listened as he smirked at Ruby making her feel some comfort not being alone, "I wouldn't worry about it, Ruby. You aren't alone in this endeavor as we both are in the same boat. Have no fear my dear for Albus Goodwitch is right here."
Ruby groans at him for rhyming while Yang puts her thumbs up to cheer her up.
That was when everyone in the Bullhead listen over to the news announcement on the hologram screen, "The robbery was led by nefarious criminal Rowman Torchwick, who continues to evade authorities despite his missing weapon. If you have any information on his whereabouts, please contact the Vale Police Department."
Albus laughed at that for the missing weapon comment.
But he was interrupted when the news announcement wasn't done yet as it continued onward of informing others, "Also the rise of the White Fang has been on the rise with being more aggressive than ever before for protesting. Now over to you Lisa."
After that everyone listens in to what Cyril says on the news, "…this Saturday's Faunus Civil Rights protest turned dark when members of the White Fang disrupted the ceremony. The once peaceful organization has now disrupted- "
But the news was suddenly turned off to reappear again in the form of a hologram Glynda Goodwitch saying, "Hello and welcome to Beacon. My name is Glynda Goodwitch you are among a privileged few who have received the honor of being selected to attend this prestigious academy."
With that, the hologram continues as Glynda spoke out to future defenders of humanity who are entrusted to defend their world of Remnant, "Our world is experiencing an incredible time of peace. And as for future Huntsman and Huntresses, it is your duty to uphold it. You have demonstrated the courage needed for such a task and now, it is our turn to provide you with the knowledge and the training to protect our world."
With that everyone went towards the windows of the Bullhead and even Albus joined in as he whistles to the view in front of him but mumbles the last part to himself, "Whistle~… This Academy certainly looks amazing from the sky above… truly a Beacon for all. Huh. Guess it makes sense."
While the trip was on the way Albus viewed around himself to try and find Jaune Arc as he frowns as his disappearance of the Bullhead is not here as he thinks to himself, 'Oh no… The Arc isn't here and here I was hoping he was around. Guess Glynda did keep her word after all. Guess canon is now down the drain.'
Determined with his doubts as Jaune isn't around he would have to take his role for his team but wonders where he went now. Shaking his head he decided to enjoy the view as he took his time calming his nerves as Gamer Mind kicked in.

After a few minutes of enjoying the view, every one of the students has finally reached Beacon Academy seeing as the whole building looks like a modernized castle of fantasy.
Following the interaction in silence walked slowly with Ruby to see the view of Ruby's interaction with other students' weapons and was surprised to see that the human real-life girl suddenly turned cute and short.
Surprised was shown on his face as he mumbles to himself as he views Ruby's change of appearance, "The fuck…? Is Ruby perhaps using the dark force known as the toon force? No… must be something else…"
Ruby then twirled around from her sister leaving her and as Albus help her up as he spoke concerned for her, "My goodness Ruby your sister sure took her time to flee? How about some cookies to make you feel better?"
"Cookies!"
That was when she suddenly came to and jumped up then over to Weiss luggage as Albus flinches at this as he talks to himself, "Ok I may have walked into that one. I thought my LUCK would be useful, not harmful?"
When Ruby fell down on a student's luggage, she immediately got angry about what happened, "What are you doing?!"
Ruby tries to respond with an apology to Weiss Schnee although poorly, "Uh, sorry!"
Weiss Schnee was yelling at Ruby as well as the heiress to her family Schnee Dust Company.
She wears a thigh-length strapless dress with a faint color gradation from white to pale blue at the hem. A small piece of black lace sits in the front of her neckline and the hem of the dress is scalloped and stitched to resemble snowflakes, with layers of white tulle under the skirt.
Over this, she wears a bell-sleeved bolero with the same color gradation as her dress from shoulder to wrist, lined in red and with a ruffled collar. On the back of the bolero is the Schnee Crest.
She also wears a small apple pendant on a silver chain and thin, rectangular silver earrings. Her boots are white, wedged heeled, and higher at the back than the front. They have a small silver decoration across the top of the foot and are lined in red. A thin white sash is tied around her waist with a pouch attached to the back.
Weiss clearly visibly angry and was pointing at Ruby childishly in return, "Sorry?! Do you have any idea of the damage you could've caused?!"
Ruby looks uncomfortable at what's happening to her and doesn't know what to do but gives Weiss one of her luggage, "Uh…"
Weiss takes back her luggage and takes out one bottle that has Dust inside into dust and was lecturing Ruby, "Give me that! This is Dust, mined and purified from the Schnee Quarry. What are you, brain dead?"
Then Weiss begins to shake the purified Dust in front of Ruby while Albus then forcibly takes the Dust in her possession using <Object Calling> into his inventory that was getting ready to explosion getting her attention, "Hey! Be careful with that Dust! DUST! Fire, water, lighting, ENERGY! Are you even listening to me? Is any of this sinking in? What do you have to say for yourself?!"
Opening one of his eyes at her with an expressionless face as he spoke in a blank tone to her not caring, "Only a fool who doesn't think is more foolish than a fool who foolishly thinks that she could command me miss."
"Excuse me!"
