The moment the pain died down after a long time, YangXi felt around the wet bed with her hand. 

Feeling satisfied with his torture, Ximen lowered his body unto YangXi, however, the bedside lamp stand was quick enough to greet his temple. 

YangXi had hit him hard with all her power and the moment he was knocked out, she dragged herself up from the bed and staggered to the door. Her eyes were unfocused and because she utilized strength when she wasn't stable, she fell heavily by the door but refused to give up even though her head was throbbing severely and she was feeling dizzy. 

She opened the door and staggered out. Not caring if there was any guard around or not, she made her way in the opposite direction.
