Mo Rao replied coldly, "President Fu, please don't make our relationship sound so ambiguous. I have nothing to do with you now."
Fu Ying's gaze darkened. He didn't like Mo Rao disassociating herself from him.
But he endured it. Now, he had to accommodate her and get closer to her in a way she could tolerate. He had done so much to win her back, but things always ended up backfiring.
"Although we're divorced, you've lived in the Fu family's home for so many years. We can be considered siblings," Fu Ying replied slowly. "You can't deny this. Even if you deny it, Grandma won't agree."
Mo Rao was speechless. Why was Fu Ying always able to take advantage of her weakness?
Indeed, she and Fu Ying weren't related by blood, but it was impossible to say that they had nothing to do with each other at all. In the past, she had even promised Old Madam Fu and the others that even if they got a divorce, she would still treat them as family.
