Farah was seated by the hearth sipping from a mug of hot coffee while lost in her thoughts. So many things had happened. Things she would have never anticipated not even in her wildest dreams and right now she was just consumed by her whirling thoughts. The evening was cold and she was just hoping to warm up her body. Even if it's just the body and not her freezing thoughts. 

She was feeling very cold; it wasn't new to her since the place has been cold ever since they arrived at New Orlando. But with her present dilemma she felt very cold within her innermost being and no the hot coffee wasn't helping nor the fireplace. It most be the fear then she concluded in her mind.
