Leon groaned as he stood up from the bed. His eyes looked weary and tired, his cheeks sunk into his face and his head felt like it was being split open. He pinched his temples together with his hand only for the pain to substantially increase. He cursed under his breath and recalled the terrible nightmares that had woken him up multiples time last night. It was always the same dream shown in multiple variations. He was standing on a pile of corpses at a crossroad. Every possible route he could take was carpeted with more dead bodies. Each time he went down one of the paths, something terrible would happen.
