[Gordian Reach, Arda System, Arda I]
(3rd Person: POV)
Walking through the halls of the Arda I Galactic Systems Alliance military base, Adar Tallon still had trouble believing he was.
Because a little less than a year ago he was serving the Galactic Republic faithfully as a member of their Judicial Forces.
Now here he is.
A captain in the Galactic Systems Alliance starfighter corps. A new government which Tallon was helping to make into reality.
Which just felt right to the man, and incredibly satisfying.
Put simply any mixed emotions Adar Tallon had about what he was apart of, about what he was doing, were non-existent. The man knew in his heart he was doing the right thing, and he will gladly suffer any consequences that may befall him for his choices.
Moving on.
Eventually Tallon reached his destination, the door to a room.
When the door in front of him open Tallon headed inside.
The moment after he did so the captain found himself surrounded by multiple holotable's. Some of them displaying 3-D images of various starfighters, while others displayed schematics.
Tallon also found himself surrounded by three people.
The first was Garen Muln. A Jedaii knight of the Jedaii Order, and a lieutenant commander in the Galactic Systems Alliance navy.
The second was Arisha Kartis.
A genius young starship designer and engineer, who Tallon liked immediately upon meeting her. Especially given she worked under Walex Blissex and his daughter Lira.
The two often exchanged their own ideas on the Blissex's works.
The third and final in the was an older man with greying hair and brown eyes.
His name is Vors Voorhorian.
A former starship engineer who used to work for a company called Incom Corporation, who only recently came to work for the Galactic Systems Alliance.
Due to the fact a lot of his ideas at Incom were ignored by his superiors.
But the GSA wasn't doing that. Not by a long shot.
For they had placed Vors on a team to design and create brand new starfighter's for their forces to use.
A team all four people in the room were apart of.
To put simply they were a starfigher design think tank.
Stopping whatever they were doing Garen, Arisha, and Vors turned to Tallon and began acknowledging the man.
For he was the leader of their team.
"Welcome back, captain Tallon." Garen spoke.
"Yo boss, welcome back." Arisha spoke.
"Yes, what the young lady said." Vors added.
"Thank you all." Tallon replied. "So I come bearing good news. The prototype's have arrived and we've been cleared to begin testing them by high command." He explained.
For the think tank had already produced two new starfighter designs from there cooperation, and said designs were immediately approved by GSA high command for production and the next round of testing, which would hopefully see the starfighters put into active service.
Van Sunrider in particular, who was acquainted with everyone in the think tank on a personal level saves Vors, loved one of the new starship designs and put his full approval behind it. Which carried a lot of weight.
Given the contributions Van Sunrider was making to the Galactic Systems Alliance.
He was one of the leading figures in it, despite his young age. Which in fact drew more people's gaze to him.
It has been said Van is shining like a sun itself.
The irony of the statement not lost on those who say it.
Given Vans' last name.
Hearing Tallon's words the others couldn't help but put smiles on their faces.
Then after they did so Arisha got out of the seat she was in and started heading for the door. "Come on slowpokes, we don't have all day." She said.
Tallon and the others not saying anything, and simply following behind the young girl.
Just as excited as she was to see the fruits of their labor.
----------------------------------
Entering the hangar of the base Tallon and his group looked around for a moment.
Before eventually spotting the prototype's of the two starships their think tank had managed to create.
The first was known as the X-wing.
[Insert Image of X-wing Here]
It was a starfighter that was an improvement on the Z-95 Headhunter. A design Vors had had on his mind for some time, but his superiors at Incom Corporation didn't want to put in the time and resources to see it turned into reality.
But the Galactic Systems Alliance was different.
Vors not only got the time and resources to make the X-wing starfighter into a reality, but he also made several improvements to his original design thanks to Tallon and the others in the think-tank.
Which made Van jump around like a maniac when he heard the news. Since he never expected one of the butterfly effects his existence would cause would be the creation of the iconic X-wing starfighter so early.
But he's not complaining.
Most certainly not.
Since now Van can now live out one of his childhood dreams, like many other Star Wars fans, and pilot an actual X-wing.
Anyway.
The second starfighter was shaped similar to the letter W. It had five sublight engines, 2x forward laser cannons, and 3x torpedo tubes. The fighter was also hyperdrive capable like the X-wing, and had deflector shields
Though due to its shape, its is known as the W-wing.

A design that Arisha initially came up with.
Moving over to the X-wing and W-wing, the group of four was proud seeing their designs a reality in front of them.
Arisha in particular had stars in her eyes.
"So cool." She said.
Arisha then ran over to the W-wing and used the ladder to climb into the cockpit.
Though before she could touch any of the controls Tallon climbed up the ladder and plucked her out of the cockpit by the scruff of her shirt.
"Hey, put me down." Arisha said.
"Sure, but on the ground." Tallon replied.
He then took Arisha back down to the ground.
"Meanie." She said. Crossing her arms and puffing out her cheeks.
The three men were at a complete loss on what to do about the situation in front of them.
So they just let Arisha be while they moved to begin running diagnostics, and several other testes, on the prototype X-wing and W-wing.
Arisha joining them eventually.
Since just like the rest of her team she wanted to see their starfighters used by their comrades.

A/N: Boom!
The X-wing is here my friends.
As for the W-wing that was my own thought. A personal starfighter design of mine.
Anyway, until next time.
