Oceane Dior POV

"I'm sorry for committing such sin. I was so lost in lust and desire that I forgot I'm like his daughter. Duke is not somebody whom I can love... I'm sorry," I bursted into tears.

"Milady Duke is like your father, he was the one who gave you a new life to live. You should have stopped his actions towards you...!"

"I'm sorry!"

I fell on my knees and sobbed badly. I can't imagine myself humiliated in front of Alicia. She was like my mother, I respected but now she hates me.

"I wish Milady would reflect on herself and get her feelings off of Duke. Please don't let Dior duchy crumble like this. I am not prepared to see the downfall of Duke's reputation."

Alicia glanced at me and walked inside the mansion leaving me all alone in the garden.

My heart ached in agony, tears rolled down continuously on my tender face...my eyes were burning, my breath was heavy.
