As the first rays of morning sunlight shone through the window onto the two people, Charlotte Cooper slowly opened her eyes. In a daze, she picked up her phone beside her and struggled to recognize the numbers on the screen.
"Do I have to go today?"
It seemed that Henry Russell felt the slight movement of the woman in his arms and was awakened. However, he didn't want to get up so early. He turned over and hugged her even tighter. His voice was lazy and strangely appealing, as if he had just gotten out of bed.
Charlotte seemed to have gotten used to Henry's reactions and playfully slapped the arm that was lying on her.
"Alright, although something came up last night, the shooting must go on as scheduled. We can't delay everyone on the film crew just because of such a small thing."
After saying that, Charlotte didn't hesitate for a moment, got out of bed, and rushed toward the set after freshening up.
