"To avoid unnecessary trouble," Henry Russell said coldly.
Lily McKenzie nodded with a smile, "I understand."
"We shouldn't be in contact anymore. I'm already married, and I don't want to have any involvement with other women," Henry Russell continued.
Lily McKenzie's smile stiffened a little, but she still spoke softly, "I understand."
Henry Russell took out his wallet, took some cash, "I'll pay for today's coffee. Sorry for not giving you a proper welcome..."
His words were cut off as he suddenly stiffened, realizing that Lily McKenzie had reached out and held him in her arms.
"You!"
Before he could get angry, Lily McKenzie had already let go, returning to her previous position.
"We meet again only to part, and we can't see each other in the future. It's not a problem to hug once, right?" She smiled softly, as if it were just an ordinary, polite embrace.
Henry Russell frowned, "You know I hate physical contact with others."
Lily McKenzie's expression changed slightly.
