"Henry, something's wrong?"
"What's the matter?" Henry Russell asked in a deep voice.
"I just received the news, Lucas Carter is aggressively buying up shares of the company under our umbrella that you hold in your hands."
"What?" Henry Russell frowned.
"Lucas is aggressively buying our shares, and I just got the news. He has already acquired 20% of the floating shares. Some stockholders are still negotiating, and I have already asked someone to formulate an anti-acquisition plan."
Henry Russell glanced at Charlotte Cooper and nodded, "I know, you first stabilize the major stockholders, and I will make the decision when I return."
In Henry Russell's company, most of the shares are controlled by major shareholders, with very few floating shares. As long as Lucas doesn't have a large share, it doesn't matter.
But he was afraid that Lucas would go after the major shareholders.
"Something wrong?" Charlotte Cooper looked at Henry Russell, who looked a bit uncomfortable.
