章 13: A deal
The morning of the next day…
"You two really have a lot of energy to train even though you sleep so little" Zi Long looked at Liu Yang and Lin Hai as he stretched as a morning exercise before starting the real battle.
The duo struggled for several hours before falling asleep, but they woke up with more energy than he and Sun Bai. This was unbelievable.
"Zi Ling, last night's harvest was very satisfying. It's normal for us to wake up with more energy than usual. "That seed? I managed to defeat the Devouring Mushrooms, I defeated several, but only this one drop. You must have gotten at least one too, right?" Sun Bai knew that the seed was something very rare because it was taught in school.
The adults tell the youths about the items that the Devouring Mushrooms' drops.
One of the rarest items was the seed and accessory.
"Yea. We got about three of these seeds, could you give me this seed and these two things?" Liu Yang was only interested in the seed because he had a use for that thing.
About the other two things he picked, he took it to avoid some suspicion that he had an interest in the seed.
"Liu Yang, you can keep these things. I have no use for it." Sun Bai was only thinking about leveling up and passing the test.
"Thanks." Liu Yang stored the three items inside his leather bag.
"Liu Yang, I only have these items" Unlike Sun Bai, Zi Long wasn't so lucky, but he still had interesting things.
"I will take these three things." Liu Yang took two small colored mushrooms and a black root.
"Now that we're done with business. Will you take that thing?" Lin Hai pointed at the glowing thing in the lake.
"Yea." The pair responded at the same time. They need the item because it was on the list.
"I recommend you don't try to catch that thing" Liu Yang manifested.
