Inazuma.
An Isolated Archipelago Far East of Teyvat
Overcome endless thunderstorms and set foot on the islands of red maple and cherry blossoms. On winding shores and towering cliffs, and in forests and mountains full of secrets, witness the Eternity pursued by Her Excellency, the Almighty Narukami Ogosho.
Inazuma City is Inazuma's most lively and prosperous area, where most of Inazuma's population lives. From Hanamizaka to the streets of the city, you can follow the trail to visit local traditional shops and sample Inazuma specialties.
The Tenryou Commission is also located in the city, governing matters concerning public order and security, as well as the Shogunate's military affairs.
At the top of Inazuma City is Tenshukaku, where the Raiden Shogun resides and rules over Inazuma.
But everything in Inazuma changes prior to the Ei's Vision Hunt and Sakoku Decree. After Ei issued her decrees, life in the region took a drastic turn for the worse for all, as available resources in the nation dropped and very few goods were imported in, forcing many businesses to look for alternate methods.
The atmosphere in the nation when the two decrees are active is implied to be tense and dangerous with some smugglers even refusing to bring in items from the nation. Crime is particularly rampant in Inazuma's wilderness, with large numbers of Treasure Hoarders.

The flagship was making its way to Inazuma. It won't be long before the Inazuma will come in sight.
Primis, Makoto, and Ei were still standing at the bow of the ship.
The crew on the other hand had already went to do their work. Even though they were still afraid that Raiden Shogun would destroy their fleet in case of some dissatisfaction, they knew that they must put their hands on the ship otherwise, it will sink on its own thanks to the damage it received.
Makoto seemed to be more excited among the three. After all, she really wanted to see what Inazuma had become after 500 years. Even if Ei had already given her the gist of current situation of the nation, she still wanted to see it with her own eyes.
Makoto: You should abolish the Vision Hunt Decree after returning, Ei. It will affect not only the people but also the entire Inazuma in a long run.
Hearing this, Ei nodded her head.
Ei: You don't have to worry about it, Makoto. I plan to do the same.
Makoto: Good to hear that.
Ei: By the way, Makoto. Now that you have returned, you should be the one to lead Inazuma instead of me.
Makoto: Huh? What are you saying, Ei? You are Electro Archon. So, it's your responsibility now.
Ei: I don't think I am a suitable person. I am only good at solving things which require force. You are the best one to handle general affairs...... I knew all along that I can't be a good leader, only a good general. That's why even before your death, I had never thought of ruling over it.

Ei: In the first place, Inazuma was not ruled by a single person. It was ruled by two persons as one. We together are Raiden Shogun. Not one.

The first electro archon didn't reply right away. After becoming Primis battle maid, she learnt some of the secrets.
One of them being Primis's God from another world. Second being instead of staying in one world, he traveled from one to another then another then another and so on. Third being as his battle maid she would also follow him. Hence, she can't stay at Inazuma to rule it like before.
She wanted to say that but she can't without Primis consent. So, she remained silent about it for now.
But just when she was about to change the topic, Primis who had been meditating all this time, snapped opened his eyes.
This, of course attracted the attention of the twins.
Makoto: My Lord, you are awake at the right time. We are just about to reach Inazuma.
Primis: ......
The man didn't reply and kept on looking in front with narrowed eyes.
「 Primis: It seems that during the absence of Electro Archon for a few days, Inazuma faced an invasion. 」

Ei: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The twin had a drastic change of expression hearing that.
And then as if to prove his words, the nation also appeared in the distance. However, it was no longer how it was before.
The entire island seemed on be on burning. The broken structures, destroyed mountain, charred trees and vegetation, and so on. The three can even hear the cry of people from the island due to their sharp hearing.
Makoto couldn't help but cover her mouth. As for Ei, rage could be seen in her eyes. She never thought that someone will dare to attack her city in her absence.

Electro power started gathering around her as she charged towards her nation.
Or was about to but Primis grabbed her hand and stopped her. As she looked back, he asked.
Primis: Where do you think you are going?
Ei: My people there are suffering right now! They need my help!
Primis: If it was before then true, not only would they pray you for their safety but they would also be grateful to you. However, things are different now. Go there right now and instead of feeling happy, they will hate you even more.
Ei: Hate me? But why?
Primis: You will know when we will reach there. So, for now stay put.
His voice depends no rejection. Hence, Ei could only bite her lips in frustration and comply.
Still, Primis didn't let go of her hand. Because he knew the moment he did, Ei will rush towards Inazuma without a second thought.
Even though Ei had strong Will and Heart, Inazuma was still something that both she and Makoto built together. Hence, it had very big significance to her. So, how could she leave her nation in this condition.
The same was the case for Makoto. If Primis was not using his other hand to held hers then she would have done the same.
Since he won't them go, they could only grit their teeth while deciding to make sure that the one who did this to their nation, pay a hefty price.
At this time, Primis pose a question.
Primis: Tell me something, Ei. Ever since Vision Hunt decree, how many visions have been taken.
Taking a moment to think, she replied.
Ei: Once you left, I felt a need to hurry to reach eternity. So, this time, I myself stepped forward for the hunt. In the end, I succeeded in taking the visions of almost everyone in Inazuma.
Primis: Even your own subjects?
Ei: Yes.
Primis: I see.
He replied monotone.

When Primis said "Planar War", the others didn't understand that word. It was because of World's interference. To make sure that people won't learn about the thing they shouldn't, the World had a defense mechanism that would prevent them from learning about it.
Think of it like some kind of antivirus that was protecting all its files(people). Words like "Planar War" are viruses. So, the antivirus made sure it won't be able to infect its files(people). That's why those things were redundant.
'Ei: Creature? What creature?'
The Electro Archon really wanted to ask what kind of creature Primis was talking about but her voice just won't come out.
Finally, the ship reached the dock of Narukami Island called Ritou.

Ritou is s a subarea located in Narukami Island, Inazuma.
It is the area for central processing of all non-Inazuma nationals entering and leaving the nation.
In case you don't have an official document, then the Kanjou Commission Ashigaru will stop you from leaving Ritou on foot.
On the other hand, in case you have the official permit you won't be stopped by Kanjou Commission guards from leaving.

The dock was no longer what it appeared to be. It was thoroughly destroyed along with the other ships that were docked there and were sinking.
There was no sign of human around.
???: To think it will become like this after our departure.
The one who spoke was tall woman with a brown long hair, red eye, and pale skin. She wore on her head with a red left eye patch, gold big clip, and single gold earring. She was wearing a red and black cloths cover with fur on her shoulders, a black long wist gloves, a long socks with, and her high heels.
She was Beidou. The captain of the ship they were travelling on just now, The Crux. She was a renowned crew in Liyue. Besides her capabilities as a fleet captain and her immense strength, many in Liyue knew her for her lack of fear towards the Tianquan of the Liyue Qixing, Ningguang — a trait that the other appreciates, yet grew irritated by.
Kazuha: Just what happened in a few days that Inazuma become like this.
Beidou: I also want to know that.
CRACK!!

「 Primis: I guess this is the as far as this ship goes. 」
Saying he jumped along with Makoto and Ei and landed on the ground which was leading to the city ahead.
Of course, they didn't forget to take others with him by using their power.
By the time, all of them landed, they looked back and saw The Crux fully destroyed and sinking in the sea.
Beidou: Ahhh. My Ship!
The captain and others lament about it. After all, many of their adventures were thanks to their ship. But now it's gone.
Primis only gave it glance before ascending the stairs. He knew in case Beidou decided to lend hand to Inazuma right now, Ei will definitely provide her the best materials and workers to build a new one. Hence, he didn't need to think much about it.
After ascending that they were greeted by the spectator which clenched the hearts of the twins.
Broken houses, destroyed shops, shattered roads, torn trees, even blood covered roads.
As he moved his gaze around, Primis saw a man hiding behind a fallen tree. He was sitting on the ground and hugging his trembling body.
The twins also saw him and decided to ask about the situation.
However, Primis didn't let go of their hands. As they looked at him, he shook his head and glanced back at Beidou and Kazuha who were following them.
When their gaze met, Primis pointed towards the man using his chin.
Even though they were wondering why Primis and the twins didn't go and ask on their own, they didn't dare question and approached the man.
When they tried to talk to him, the man didn't even bother to raise his head and muttered in trembling tone.
Man: I-It's a retribution. Retribition.
Kazuha: Retribution?
Man: Y-Yes. Because of Almighty Shogun, all the Inazuma is suffering his rage.
Beidou: Whose rage?
Man: T-T-T-The CRIMSON MOON!!!!
