"Why are you asking when you have already taken me as a culprit? Next time when you ask a question, do not show their judgment in your eyes in advance." she would have explained to him more if she had not felt that he was accusing her.

She was trying too hard to keep herself sane. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. Reminding herself that he was suffering without a reason due to her, she calmed herself.
