Right now I'm sitting my fat ass on a chair because I want to get these chapters out faster. And I'm sitting on a semi-hard pillow. The Pillow is a Bamboo Charcoal pillow, where one side is soft and the other side is a bit harder, and then there's the pillow that sits on my bed never to be used.
Well it actually get's used, but only when I sleep. I actually sleep very weirdly. Usually I'll lay my head on the soft pillow, kinda holding it while sleeping on my side, with my back on the hard pillow. But that's why I don't like soft pillows. They aren't comfortable when you're laying your back or neck on them. They sink around your head, and yes, I know it's meant to help out with neck pains, but that makes it so uncomfortable.
I have very bad lungs so I always need a lot of room to breathe, you know, asthma stuff. So when they sink around my head they cut off like half of the usual air I get and it makes me unable to breathe as steadily, making it hard if not impossible to sleep. Well why don't I use Asmr, or music to help... I do, and I literally cant sleep without it. Melatonin doesn't work either, the only stuff that would work is the super expensive Melatonin that's like 25$ a bottle.
I ain't got enough money to spend on 25$ dollar's worth of sleeping pill's every month man. I may be in High-School but I still have Gas, and Car bill's to pay off. That Shit's wack. So I now have resorted to using the soft pillow as a cradle for my head, so it doesn't lay on my forearm and make it sore while sleeping.
Whatever I think that's enough about pillows, onto the next topic.
