章 3: FROM TOWN TO CITY

Seriously I can't buy anything right now. what the hell up with this prices. I need to start saving some shop points. Oh, I nearly forgot let me sell all the raw materials that I have in inventory. okay so now I got extra 3000 show up shop points.
Let's just buy sword talent, swordsman, and Warg.

Now that this is done. I need to go on the ground and test my skills. I go to the fighting area where usually sellsword , unsullied soldiers practice fighting.
I see an particular sellsword and I called him" bron pick up your sword I wanna test my skills." he looks up to me and started grinning and said
"And here I thought that our Employer was afraid and doesn't know how to fight. just some rich punk with a lot of money"
I didn't said anything and take out my sword from the sheath and started walking around him taking a stance. he comes up to me and try to slash me down. I deflect that and side stepped with great speed and strike the handle of sword at his head. He loses consciousness and fell down with a Thud.
Wow I didn't thought under I could ever do that moves and move at that speed. After that I challenge more of the Sellsword and unsullied and started striking them down.
After challenging some of the soldiers I went to the woods where I could see some birds or animal soon I found a Sparrow and try to warg into her soon I saw myself from the birds point of view. And then I started flying looking around I saw common folks unsullied soldiers and the blacksmith that I brought from pentos. I Soon regain my consciousness.

it's been 1 year since Lucas Andre bought Skargos island and his lordship. At first I was afraid that he would not be able to manage the island and finish the contract but just after the month he started selling crops vegetables to the winterfell. He only transported all the food material to the winterfell but we soon started reselling all the foods to the rest of the north.
Only in 1 year all the food provided to the north by him has helped a lot. At first all the Lord's sent me there letters complaining about the unjust that i have done
But after I explained them all the detail about our contract They started praising him. And now he have also started selling new drinks to us. That include vodka, bourbon, vine, bear excetra. if this situation keeps going then I believe the north doesn't have to import food from other kingdoms.
I just chuckle when i think about all the complaints that other kingdoms could be having and how many of them would have wanted to kill Lucas.

it's been one year since I have arrived here. Now the island have started to become self sufficient and also the population of common folks have increased from 1200 to 3500. Now since I am alone and doesn't have a castle I believe I should have a castle Even if I am not going to stay here for a long time.
So I go to the shop and browse all the blueprints for castles after searching for a few times I found one it looks good. I'm going to build it on the valley between the mountains and make the walls surrounding the city which is currently just town.
I also saw a castle in the shop. That it cost too damn high nearly 500k and I only have 190 cake. I guess I could just buy the castle if I save but it would suspicious. It seems I only have to build it.
I went to pentose to hire some new architects and 300 workers for building my castle along with materials. The rest of material which is not available I will buy it from shop itself.
So after the month all the workers and architects arrived at the island. After giving them the blueprints and instructions, I let them work on this site construction. I am also providing
I went to my personal dimension I currently have excess amount of food. It seems I will start selling all the food supplies to the rest of the world.
After that I went to my study room and called John mug. He is my assistant and manages all trades within north. Soon he came to my room and I instruct him about expanding our business to all the other kingdoms. whom to sell first. what steps and measures to take. I sell supplies at 50% off to the north whereas I'm gonna sell 20% off to rest of the kingdoms and gonna start by selling into Essos continent.
I started building new warehouses to store all the supplies food. I also started mining in the island when I found the island was rich in Coal and silver. People started to buy my products more and more. In just 5 months my previous years income pick up more than triple which is nearly 300k Dragons.
The construction of the Castle of Skagos also started, it has been four months since then and only the foundations have been laid. The construction have been slow , the amount of workers required for the construction are immense that 300 workers are not fulfilling the requirements.
So, I went to pentoes again and hired 300 workers more and offered to bring their families with me to the island for free and also provide home and food for initial 30 days. So all the workers along with their families had decided to come with me . I have to increase the common population second it is the best method that I had in my mind. In total I brought up 800 people.
The people, on whom I am ruling are my responsibility. I'm a generous leader and I'll keep my people safe so I have provided my people with vital health care facilities proper sewerage system I don't want my nice city/town to smell like King's landing a peace full of ****. So after spending a lot of gold , raw materials and hiring new architects for the city plan. I planned the future city of Skagos.
I have also started training the common folks in sword fighting. All the mercenaries and unsullied soldiers that I have brought with me are responsible to train them. At first they were horrible at fighting but after training for a few months they get a gist of it.
The most important thing is knowledge/information and I have none of these, I don't know what is happening currently in the kings landing, what is happening in the north I know nothing of it.
I don't know what Tywin lanister, Olenna Tyrell could be planning. Sure they both would want to kill me even. In this past few months the assassination attempts on me have increased from zero to 5.
As I have started selling all the food supplies to the rest of the kingdoms cities towns or villages. At first when we extended that offer everyone started buying and only in 2 weeks all of my supplies started depleting and then I had to upgrade all the farms and had to increase their sizes.
Currently all the supplies are sent to Essos. But soon enough it will be supplied to the westeroes. . Due to me decreasing the prices of all the food supplies. All the other Kingdom have also decreased the price level but they cannot just decrease the price by 20%. And it have started to impact there economy level and caused deflation.
It had also impacted the free city of essos. I have made myself the enemy off basically everyone. I guess I have to make a spy network now and make it working by the next year. I have heard that iron throne has demanded for more loans from the ironbank.
The Westeros will be in the war so I have decided to aquire all the benefits and make them vulnerable because of course I'll be ruling the iron throne. Making them vulnerable is only choice I have.
