章 13: Ch 13 : Cliche event
Nate really wanted to laugh when he heard Kaya's words.
This simple girl thought that the knowledge she got from the system was an epiphany from God. Nate really didn't know whether he should cry or laugh about this.
Nate then proceeded to explain to Kaya how he could transfer a piece of knowledge to someone else, which greatly increased Kaya's admirement for Nate.
Of course for this, Nate didn't bother to explain about the origin of knowledge to Kaya. He just said that it was his ability, and she needed to keep it a secret.
Kaya, who only had Nate didn't have any issue about this. She accepted Nate's explanation easily, and they began to explore Kaya's new ability.

A few days later, Nate and kaya were enjoying their time on the sailing boat.
Now Kaya had fully understood what power she got from the system, and what was left was to practice them.
Form Hatenna, Kaya got the skill of healing.
It was the magical skill life dew, which in the Pokemon game would restore the HP of the user and its allies by 25% of their maximum HP. However, because it was no longer a game and the skill needed some balancing, the heal would be based on the strength of Kaya and the target of healing.
The maximum healing value would be 25%, but as of Kaya now, she could at max heal 10% of Nate's injury.
The skill life dew was good, but it didn't mean that Kaya would fully leave the normal doctor occupation. She still used most of the time in the sailing boats to read about the medical book, while the rest of the time, she used it to practice with Nate.
As Nate's first crewmate, Nate wants Kaya to still be able to protect herself in case Nate is surrounded by enemies.
As time passed, the distance between them and Cocoyasi village was getting closer and closer.
But soon, trouble arose.
The distance between Nate's deserted island and Syrup Village only took a few days of travel. But this time, from Syrup Village to Cocoyasi Village, it took more than a week to cross.
And since Nate and Kaya were not someone who was accustomed to the sea, the two began to feel sea-sick and decided to stop on an island along the way.
Diamond Town is a famous mineral town in East Blue.
"Well, let's stop for a while. I don't know how far we have deviated from our original course, so we need to ask some of the locals here."
Nate said as the two proceeded to leave the ship.
Nate accompanied Kaya to buy some daily necessities and clothes, and then they went to a bar to get some food.

Without him knowing, the act of him and Kaya visiting every shop in the city had attracted the attention of a certain somebody.
When Kaya and Nate arrived at the Bar, everyone's eyes immediately went into them. The Bar is a mixture of fish and dragons, and it is a gathering place for pirates.
"What a beautiful girl. Do you think she will be interested in spending a night with me?"
"Hahahaha, dream on bitch. That girl definitely suits me more!"
"Big brother, can you calm down a bit? Our boss currently has a bad mood."
"Bah, who cares about your boss?"
Many people chatted, and the Bar was very rowdy. Nate and Kaya didn't give any care about this as they came to the corner of the Bar to buy some food.
But then, a figure with a burly body and eyepatch came, and everyone immediately turned silent.
This man had a very vicious aura around himself, and just with one look and Nate could already conclude that this man was definitely a bad pirate.
The whole Bar saw this man and their mouth opened wide.
"The boss of Blackhorse pirate, Carlo?"
"Fuck, it is really him! What sin have I committed to being in the same Bar as him."
"That guy.. he is rumored to be so vicious and even kill a village full of civilians just because he was angry."
Even though the people were afraid, it didn't stop them from gossiping. And from their discussion, Nate could somehow guess the identity of the new person.
Carlo, the boss of Darkhorse pirate with a bounty of Five million belis on his head.
He was one of the notorious pirates in East blue, and one of the people that most civilians tend to avoid.
The pirate Carlo began to look around, and suddenly something caught his eyes.
A beautiful woman was sitting in the Bar.
She was so pretty that it even eclipsed most of the beautiful Carlo seen so far, and to make it better, the woman seemed to be still a virgin.
Carlo licked his lips as he began to fantasize about doing things with her, and the other people could only look at the girl with pitying expressions.
Look at Carlo's sturdy right arm. His muscle is thicker than the plate. Some rumor even said that Carlo could crush iron with one hand, and there's no way such a beautiful girl could resist Carlo.
Carlo was about to place his hand on the woman's shoulder, but out of nowhere, a sharp blade was placed on his neck.
" Place a dirty finger on my woman, and you will see your head rolling on the floor!"
