Slowly Lena opened her two eyes, the image of a woman with a stature appeared within Lena's black irises. Lena slowly pulled her body against the edge of the bed. Meanwhile, Nur looks like she is looking for something from the nightstand drawer beside the end of Lena's bed.

"Mbak Lena, only this medicine is left for Mbak Lena!" Nur's face looks sad, Nur moves some of the medicine tablets that only one left.

Lena looked at the medicine in Nur's hand, a bitter smile appeared from the corners of Lena's lips. "It's okay, Mbak Nur. Later when we have the fortune we can buy it again," said Lena, raising her hand to Nur.

With a sad look, Lena's housekeeper gave the medicine to Lena. Nur also handed Lena a glass of water.

After taking the medicine, Lena gave the empty glass to Nur. "Is Akbar asleep, Ma'am?" asked Lena in a weak, barely audible voice. Even though Lena was sick, the woman kept asking about Akbar.
