Agnes immersed into Adela's gaze. She wanted to make sure she wasn't wrong. That all this wasn't a creation of her mind.
"Adela?" she repeated her name tenderly again and took Adela's hands in hers. Her gaze never left Adela's eyes.
"Ag-nes," her voice was broken.
"Oh, Adela, my dear Adela." Tears flooded Agnes' eyes, and she hugged her tightly.
"Finally Adela, you are finally came back to us." The joy flowed frantically inside her.
"Ag-nes you tight me too much, I can't...brea-the." her breath came out sharply.
Agnes pulled her out from her arms.
"Oh, forgive me. Tell me, Adela, how are you feeling? "
"I'm in pain, Agnes. My heart is smashed." Her eyes watered sharply, and tears rolled down her pale cheeks. Agnes took the edge of her apron and wiped them gently.
"Cry Adela, cry. It will be good for you. Your soul will be emptied of pain."
"I feel that my soul will never be emptied of the pain, Agnes," she sounded devastated.
