章 104: Crying

The next morning, Daphne woke up quite early since she had slept for a long time yesterday. Next to her, Lucifer was still asleep, and he looked unbelievably calm and. . . normal with his eyes closed, that it made Daphne almost think that he was also just a man, a normal man.

Daphne's eyes traveled down his perfect face, which had all the features a man could ever ask for, something that made him not normal. 

She had been here for so long already that she forgot that here, she was the one that was not normal. From the Brothel to the Black manor, so much had happened that she was beginning to forget about the life she had before coming here.

But. . . Did she want to go back? 

The answer was no longer clear, and Daphne thought that a lot of it was because of this man deep asleep next to her-

"What are you thinking about?" His sudden voice alarmed Daphne as her eyes widened, her thoughts breaking as she looked at him, wondering when he had woken up.
