"Call your master and tell them that I will be waiting here!" shouted Paul at the two guards in front of the palace.

The guards looked at each other while from a distance Theodoric showed up with brisk steps and gasping for breath.

"Prince Paul! Why are you here?" asked Theodoric in a displeased tone.

Paul chuckled. "Why am I here? Of course, I want to see my son, Prince Theodoric!" whispered Paul as he approached and spoke into his ear.

"You know I was here yesterday and could not see him because you said he was sleeping. And I hope you will not give me the same excuse this time," added Paul.

"Let the evidence see," said Ivy who suddenly appeared in her wheelchair and Lely pushed Derion's stroller where the baby was sleeping.

Paul raised an eyebrow as he focused on Ivy. He swallowed his saliva and then looked at Theodoric. "What happened to Ivy?" Paul asked.
