"Let's sit here." Xander said to Katherine and she followed him and sat down. They had been playing on the beach for hours now, they were exhausted so they decided to take a breather.

An idea of something fun popped up on Katherine's head. "Xander, instead of just sitting quietly like this, how about we get to know more about each other? Like, the little things that others don't know about us." She thought that it was the perfect opportunity to do something like that.

"Hmm... Not a bad idea, I like it. Are we going to ask each other questions?" Xander probed further, he was more than happy to see that Katherine was the one who was now initiating the idea to know more about each other, that means that she was willing to share her secrets with him.
