It was time for Lukas's squad to go back to the battlefield, since the other shift was probably waiting for them already.

But still, before, the captain needed to give his speech, as always. However, for some reason, Lukas requested Herman to give that speech himself.

For some reason, after the conversation he had had with Lucius last night, he truly felt like speaking up to everyone.

He felt motivated, since he noticed that he had finally truly gained Lucius's confidence, even without having to pretend that he was a religious person.

Still, if he truly had to pretend to be a religious person to get close to Lucius, then that meant the black-haired boy wasn't the right person for the task he wanted to bestow upon him.

However, since everything had gone well, Lukas was in a good mood, and was confident that he could give a good speech to motivate his soldiers even more.
