By their schedule, they were likely to arrive at the station around 7 pm and by the time they reached the Tang family home, it would probably be around 9 pm, so they still had an entire day to spend in the soft sleeper compartment of this train.

On a regular day, Yuxin would certainly find such a journey extremely boring, given that one has to sit idle for an entire day and night without anyone to talk to. Although she didn't particularly enjoy chatting with strangers, having someone to converse with made the time pass more easily than being all by herself.
